Service Club Service Committee

Responsibilities of the Club Services Committee include:

Publicity, Club magazine, Club website.
Social and sports activities.
Lunchtime arrangements and speakers.
Attendance and almoner duties.
Liason with other two Guildford Rotary Clubs

The Club Service Committee for 2009/10 under Chairman Peter O'Keefe comprises:

Rotary International 3H Logo 2010/11 International and

Foundation Committee

Responsibilities include:
Identify International areas for Club involvement.
Prioritise distribution of funds to maximize impact.
Assist if possible RI, RIBI and District preferred projects.
Support Rotary Foundation.
Twining relationships with other Clubs

This year's committee with Chairman Kathy Victor are:
Tony Jenkins, Peter O'Keefe (Foundation), Peter Ricketts and Bill White.



Money tree Fund Raising Committee

Responsibilities of the Fund Raising Committees comprise:
Charity Go Kart Evening.
Fundraising Social Evening.

This year's Fundraising Committee under the Chairmanship of Goeff Rouse comprise:
Jane Hindley, Lucien D'Sa, Roy Reece and Noel Sutcliffe.



Boxing Boxing Night Management Committee

The Boxing Committee's responsibilty includes all arrangements
and management of the annual Charity Boxing Night.

This year's Boxing Management Committee under Chairman Gordon Jones comprise:
Shahid Azeem, Jonathan Bickerdike, Barry Gay, Gordon Luff and Paul Marsh,



Rotary International Community Service Logo Community and Vocational Committee

The responsibilities of the Committee comprise:

Identify the needs of the community.
Distribution of funds and effort for maximization of impact.
Assist if possible RI, RIBI and District preferred projects and initiatives.
Utilise the skills and vocations of the club membership to best effect.

Facilitating Surrey Advertiser Walk.

RI Logo Youth Opportunities Committee 2010/11

The responsibilities of the Youth Opportunities Committee comprise:

Identify youth areas for Club involvement.
Youth Exchange, Interact (14/18) and Rotaract (19/30).
Young Citizens Awards.
Sports Aid Award.
RYLA International Initiative.
Mock Interviews.

The committee under the Chairmanship of Michael Denley are:Ruth Allen, Philip Cornford and Tom Moss.
